1858 – 1921 Married: 16 January 1878, St. George, UtahHenry's fourth and youngest wife. Sarah was a remarkable woman who managed the hotel and stage stop while Henry served a mission, cared for Henry and his other wives through old age, and guided the family through the difficult exodus to Mexico. Her cheese-making in Colonia Pacheco became famous in the region.
